Time in BIOS is set to GMT, in installator selected "time set to gmt". After
booting - time is set to one from BIOS without adjusting to selected timezone.

время ставится в bios по GMT (например 13:40) Во время установки выбирается
время по GMT и зона Moscow. После установки получаем 17:40.
