Система: ALT Server 9 x86_64
Система шаблон: ALT Workstation 9 x86_64
Версия пакета: fleet-commander-admin-0.14.1-alt1

Из всех настроек корректно применяются только изменения некоторых настроек среды Mate (обои, темы).

Например, если изменить какие-либо настройки в Firefox или в LibreOffice, то в окне подтверждения даже нет никаких пунктов выбора для "Firefox changes" и "LibreOffice changes".
