Предлагаю пересобрать libqt4 без зависимости на libsqlite — т.е. убрать пакет
libqt4-sql-sqlite2

Вообще очень странно, что есть подпакеты sqlite3 и sqlite (оба слинкованные с libaqlite3):
libqt4-sql-sqlite3 - SQLite3 driver for Qt4 SQL classes
libqt4-sql-sqlite - SQLite driver for Qt4 SQL classes
libqt4-sql-sqlite2 - SQLite2 driver for Qt4 SQL classes
