Есть новая версия. 
https://www.mercurial-scm.org/release/mercurial-5.4.1.tar.gz
Плюс в текущем mercurial у нас какие-то проблемы с просмотром тэгов. Может быть в новой версии этой ошибки нет.

воспроизводить так:
hg clone http://hg.code.sf.net/p/xine/xine-lib-1.2 xine-xine-lib-1.2
cd xine-xine-lib-1.2
hg tags
