При запуске
# systemctl start motion
выдает ошибку:
[0:motion] [ALR] [ALL] conf_load: could not open configfile /etc/motion/motion/motion.conf: No such file or directory
[0:motion] [CRT] [ALL] conf_load: No config file to process, using default values

motion-4.3.2-alt1 вроде в правильное место лезет:
