Похоже, что русской страницы нет (хотя мне кажется, раньше была).
Как вариант, можно изменить ссылку на https://documentation.libreoffice.org/en/english-documentation/

Ошибка актуальна для версии: LibreOffice-still-24.2.6.2-alt0.p10.1
