If you upgrade from previous version then read /usr/share/doc/glpi/UPGRADE.ALT

# l /usr/share/doc/glpi/UPGRADE.ALT
ls: невозможно получить доступ к '/usr/share/doc/glpi/UPGRADE.ALT': Нет такого файла или каталога

# l /usr/share/doc/glpi-9.5.5/UPGRADE.ALT 
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 484 мая 13 00:32 /usr/share/doc/glpi-9.5.5/UPGRADE.ALT

Т.е. в предлагаемом пути к файлу не хватает версии пакета.

Исправлено в 9.5.6-alt1
