/usr/share/doc/make-initrd-2.20.1/Features.md contains lines like this:

- [add-modules](../features/add-modules/README.md) adds modules to initramfs.

There's no /usr/share/doc/make-initrd-2.20.1/../features/; might be worth both installing the target files and tweaking this one during %install.

I doubt this documentation is needed in the package at all.
