Если в переводимой строке есть кавычки, то строка в pot-файле получается некорректной. Соответственно перевод не работает:
в alterator-net-iptables

      "Blacklist" "Port forwarding" "Internal restrictions") will not
      take effect.</span></p>

в pot-файле же получается
