При запуске большинства команд epm выдаётся ошибка:

На самом деле исправлено в eepm-3.16.5-alt1
Отправляю в бранч p10.

eepm-3.19.4-alt1 (http://webery.altlinux.org/task/303738) ошибка не воспроизводится.
