Нет кнопки настройки в Cheese.
Среда: KDE 5.26.4
ОС: Simply Linux 10.1

В Cheese действительно нет кнопки настроек.
Смотреть в заголовке окна Cheese.


Воспроизвоидтся только на p10 (на всех системах):
Education 10.1 x86-64/KDE
Workstation K 10.1 x86-64
Workstation 10.1 x86-64
Server 10.1 x86-64

Дополнительно: ошибка не только для KDE.

Версия на p10: cheese-3.38.0-alt2

Проверялось на Sisyphus, ошибка не воспроизвелась (версия cheese-43.0-alt1).
