Стенд, обновлённый до Sisyphus:
Workstation K x86_64

Версия:kde5-khelpcenter-22.12.1-alt1

Шаги:
1) Запустить Центр справки из терминала:
$ khelpcenter
2) Сеть -> Akregator → Настройка Akregator → Перехватчик URL-адресов → в конце раздела перейти по ссылке «Фильтры AdBlock».

Результат: Документация не найдена.
 
Ожидаемый результат: открылся раздел с документацией.

Проверялось на p10, ошибка воспроизводится.
