В Discover в разделе обновление системы подробная информация не выводится информация о выпуске.
Наверное, там должен быть lastchange.

Там же лучше не показывать disttag, он лишний.

Возможно, это всё от отключенной обработки changelog-ов в packagekit. Там ж и CVE отлавливаются для уведомлений.
