Запускается только из консоли, не реагируя на ярлык.
Система - регулярка с гномом, Wayland. Версия программы 0.99.4 заточена на последний.
Логи есть на форуме.

Shutter 0.99.4 не работает на wayland.

На обновленном sisyphus, gnome, wayland - shutter не запускается с ошибкой:
(shutter:278555): Wnck-WARNING **: 16:01:57.099: libwnck is designed to work in X11 only, no valid display found
Segmentation fault

Спорить не буду, но у меня из консоли запускается.
Sisyphus, gnome, wayland - сборка от 20.12.23г, все обновления.

И так можно жить, в общем-то :)
