Во время первичного анализа обнаружил что wireplumber не может отправить сообщение в bluetoothd сервис через DBus а именно:

Жаль нельзя выбрать несколько компонентов:
- DBus
- BlueZ
- Wireplumber

так как проблема в совместной их работе.
