$ ls -1 /usr/X11R6/man/man1/xterm.1*
/usr/X11R6/man/man1/xterm.1.bz2
/usr/X11R6/man/man1/xterm.1x.bz2

$ rpmquery -f /usr/X11R6/man/man1/xterm.1*    
xterm-191-alt3
XFree86-utils-4.3.0-alt16

$ man -w xterm
/usr/X11R6/man/man1/xterm.1x.bz2

As result, "man xterm" displays invalid outdated manpage.

Кажется, в Сизифе уже давно исправлено.
