В KDE Plasma не распознаёт тёмную тему оформления.
В Firefox и Chromium-gost всё ок без любой настройки.

Начиная с версии 10.3 Рабочей станции К первое, что видит пользователь -- предложение включить тёмную тему оформления.

Здравствуйте! 

Поведение ожидаемое. В браузере сейчас нет автоматической синхронизации с системной темой оформления. 

Зафиксировали ваше пожелание. Подумаем над поддержкой системной темы оформления в браузере при работе над будущими обновлениями
