Двух мониторная система, возможно это важно. Ранее работало, сейчас перестало.

Шаги для воспроизведения:

1. Откройте шторку в правом верхнем углу.
2. Выберите снимок экрана
3. Выберите область
4. Выберите запись экрана. (речь про видео)
5. Начните запись экрана (красная кнопка)
6. Завершите запись экрана кликом на стоп в трее.
7. Выскочит сообщение что запись успешно завершена.
8. И затем самопроизвольно начинается повторная запись.

Ожидалось что появится файл в папке Видео/Записи экрана. Файл не появляется.

При повторении попытки может выскочить - Не удалось начать запись экрана.

Ранее работало стабильно. Сейчас стоят все актуальные обновления на момент создания записи.
