Шаги воспроизведения:
# apt-get install victoriametrics-cluster-vmselect
# systemctl start vmselect.service
# journalctl -u vmselect.service

Получаемый результат:

vmselect[6339]: fatal VictoriaMetrics/app/vmselect/main.go:100 missing -storageNode arg

Причина:

Некорректное название sysconfig файла в юните:

# systemctl cat vmselect.service | grep EnvironmentFile
EnvironmentFile=-/etc/sysconfig/victoriametrics-vminsert

# rpm -ql victoriametrics-cluster-vmselect | grep sysconfig
/etc/sysconfig/victoriametrics-cluster-vmselect
