В Wayland не запускается, т.к. /etc/X11/profile.d/ не используется.
Надо поместить в /etc/xdg/autostart/ , как в Fedora

Т.к. тому, кто не пользуется /etc/xdg/autostart/, и xdg-user-dirs не нужны.
