Необходима для ряда диагностик.
Например тот же iotop без неё:

Да извиняюсь.. не на том ядре посмотрел после обновления...

Такого ядра нет и не было в p11.

Осталось после обновления с p10..и не обратил внимания что загрузилось оно.. Приношу извинения.

remove-old-kernels -a
не забывайте делать после
update-kernel

1. sysctl kernel.task_delayacct=1
2. Ошибка в iotop
3. Юзайте iotop-c
