Платформа:
alt-kworkstation 10.3 x86_64

Пакет:
installer-feature-swapfile 0.2.1-alt1

Шаги:
Установить систему без раздела SWAP
Загрузиться в систему
Выполнить
# systemctl hibernate

Результат:
Ошибка
Failed to hibernate system via logind: Not enough swap space for hibernation
При этом SWAP есть
# free -h
              total        used        free      shared  buff/cache   available
Mem:           7,1Gi       1,0Gi       4,3Gi        18Mi       1,8Gi       5,8Gi
Swap:          7,4Gi          0B       7,4Gi


Ожидаемый результат:
Компьютер ушел в спящий режим

Дополнительно:
Проверялось на ноутбуках MSI MS-15H1 и  HP ProBook x360 435 G8
