Сегодня при обновлении получил ошибку:


Committing changes...
Preparing...  ######################################################################################## [100%]
        file /usr/share/icons/hicolor/96x96/apps/tuxguitar.png from install of tuxguitar-1.6.3-alt2.x86_64 conflicts with file from package tuxguitar-1.6.3-alt1.x86_64

Видимо нельзя просто так взять и заменить каталог с файлами на файл.
