alterator-postfix-dovecot имеет зависимость на startup через:
/etc/sysconfig/system

Нужно перестать использовать этот файл, так как в перспективе необходимо исключить из дистрибутивов на systemd пакет startup.

Проблемы больше нет после выделения в startup 0.9.9.17-alt1 подпакета server-role с конфигом /etc/sysconfig/system.
