latexindent не запускается, указывая на отсутствие модулей:
Can't locate YAML/Tiny.pm in @INC (you may need to install the YAML::Tiny module) ...
Can't locate File/HomeDir.pm in @INC (you may need to install the File::HomeDir module) ...
Can't locate Unicode/GCString.pm in @INC  ...

что исправляется доустановкой
1) perl-File-HomeDir 
2) perl-YAML-Tiny
3) perl-Unicode-LineBreak
