Налицо дублирование названия

В коммите 130d4880d8e1c655564b2c163c749e3b414e6885
-Exec=thunderbird --name thunderbird --class thunderbird %u
+Exec=thunderbird thunderbird %u

Второй thunderbird остался от --class
