1. Локаль C.UTF-8 будет упакована в glibc:

Ждём прохождение таска.

2. У нас при сборке локаль эта может удаляться. Я это исправлю в mkimage-profiles (исправил, но пока не опубликовал)

glibc попал и в p11 и в sisyphus.
