Changing directory to bitcoin-core source directory froze bash shell.

Environment:
alt linux sisyphus, btrfs

Steps to reproduce:
- Download bitcoin-core 28.1 tar.gz or zip file and extract file.
- (alternatively) git clone bitcoin-core master.
- cd source_directory/

it seems that problem with my bashrc mise installation looking for python 3.10.14. 

bitcoin/.python-version timed out: timed out waiting on channel.
