Пакет:
apt-repo 1.4.8-alt1

Шаги:
# apt-repo set p11
# rpm --eval %_priority_distbranch 
p11
# apt-repo set Sisyphus
# rpm --eval %_priority_distbranch 

Результат: %_priority_distbranch  не изменился, остался на p11, при этом репозиторий подключается верный.

Дополнительно: Если указать sisyphus с маленькой буквы, то переключает корректно
