After updating from 1.3-alt1 to 1.4-alt1:

$ l /etc/pam.d/reboot
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 8 Сен  3 16:39 /etc/pam.d/reboot -> shutdown
$ l /etc/pam.d/shutdown
ls: /etc/pam.d/shutdown: No such file or directory
$ l /etc/pam.d/reboot.rpmnew
-rw-r-----  1 root root 171 Авг  3 23:56 /etc/pam.d/reboot.rpmnew
$ l /etc/pam.d/halt
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 6 Ноя  9 20:28 /etc/pam.d/halt -> reboot
$ realpath /etc/pam.d/halt
realpath: /etc/pam.d/halt: No such file or directory

As a result, 
$ reboot
doesn't work

I think /etc/pam.d/reboot link should be deleted while upgrading.
