Предлагаю проставить BuildArch: noarch для подпакета doc в следующей сборке blender -- сто с лишним мегабайт в сжатом виде явно не являются архитектурозависимыми.

В текущей сборке doc требуют blender = %EVR что сформирует unmet на x86, где blender не собирается.
