Пакеты - curl-8.12.0-alt1.x86_64, libgnutls30-3.6.16-alt5.x86_64
Стенды - Alt Server 10.4 x86-64 (office), Alt Workstation 10.4 x86-64

Шаги воспроизведения:
readelf -Ws /usr/bin/curl | grep TLS

Ожидаемый результат: Вывод вида
   137: 0000000000000000     0 FUNC    GLOBAL DEFAULT  UND curl_multi_perform@CURL_GNUTLS_4 (3)
   138: 0000000000000000     0 FUNC    GLOBAL DEFAULT  UND curl_mime_encoder@CURL_GNUTLS_4 (3)

Реальный результат: Пустая строка.

Примечание:
В Sisyphus (curl-8.15.0-alt1.x86_64, libgnutls30-3.8.10-alt1.x86_64) и р11 (curl-8.14.1-alt2.x86_64, gnutls-utils-3.8.9-alt1.x86_64) проблемы нет.

ну очевидно в p10 curl собран без gnutls.
