В SL11 теперь новая версия openssl, поэтому rxclient не работает и выдаёт ошибку:
OpenSSL version mismatch. Built against 30100040, you have 30300030

Это в SL11:
[root@host-15 ~]# rpm -qa|grep openssl
openssl-config-3.2.0-alt1.noarch
libxmlsec1-openssl-1.2.38-alt1.x86_64
openssl-3.3.3-alt1.x86_64

Это в SL10
openssl-1.1.1w-alt0.p10.2.x86_64
