В документации Veyon сказано: 
"Начиная с версии Veyon 4.5, в расширенном представлении доступна дополнительная страница конфигурации с настройками, относящимися к плагину WebAPI."

В нашей сборке плагин WebAPI отсутствует (и раздела с настройками соответственно тоже нет):
