Альт Рабочая станция K 11.1.1, обновление до текущего состояния p11
chromium-140.0.7339.80-alt0.p11.1

Предварительное условие: закрыть бумажник.
В настройках KDE Wallet Manager в параметрах "Контроль доступа" установить чек-бокс "Запрашивать подтверждение при обращении приложений к бумажнику" .

1) Запустить chromium
2) При старте появляется окно для ввода пароля на бумажник, нажать "Отмена"

Результат: после отмены ввода пароля на бумажник наблюдается крайне медленная работа браузера: открытие окна, вкладок, веб-страниц.

В логе при старте из терминала:
