Но в xfce есть свой агент polkit агент - xfce-polkit. Предлагаю исправить зависимость на него.

Xfce-polkit выглядит скорее заброшенным, его даже на gitlab.xfce.org нет. Нет, он вполне работает, но в SL я пока предпочту оставить polkit-gnome.
