Отсутствие sysctl-conf-userns (или соотвествующей настройки) ломает html просмотрщик. Происходит это вот здесь

Собственно мне кажется раз html включен по умолчанию - значит он должен работать корректно и тянуть за собой sysctl-conf-userns, если ему нужно.
