Пакет:
alt-mirror-switcher  0.3.1-alt1 

Шаги:
Установить пакет
# apt-get install alt-mirror-switcher

Запустить
# alt-mirror-switcher

Выбрать зеркало ftp.heanet.ie (HEAnet, Ireland)

Запустить обновление
# apt-get update

Результат:

Это не ошибка пакета, а ошибка зеркала
