Это из-за непересобранных пакетов из-за i586-*:

# apt-get install libopus0
[...]
The following extra packages will be installed:
  libopus0-debuginfo

  libopus  (by  libopus0)
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  avidemux-qt-debuginfo    i586-libavformat62.32bit  i586-libgphoto2-6.32bit  i586-libopus.32bit        i586-libsndfile.32bit  libopus-debuginfo
  i586-libavcodec62.32bit  i586-libgd3.32bit         i586-libheif.32bit       i586-libpulseaudio.32bit  i586-wine.32bit

По хорошему их всех надо "rebuild".

В данный момент на моей системе приходится:
apt-get install libopus0 i586-libavcodec62.32bit avidemux-qt-debuginfo i586-libopus0.32bit
