Сейчас попытка открыть ссылку вида http://sisyphus.ru/srpm/hasher приведёт к 404 вследствие перекидки на https://packages.altlinux.org/ru/srpm/hasher/ вместо https://packages.altlinux.org/hasher; таких ссылок немало по сети, в т.ч. с http://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/people/ldv/projects.html -- и лучше починить централизованно поздно, чем никогда.

Тоже наткнулся на проблему отсюда: https://www.gnu.org/software/parallel/
