Шаги воспроизведения:
1) # apt-get install postgresql18-pg_repack
2) # apt-get install postgresql18-1C-pg_repack

Ожидаемый результат: postgresql18-1C-pg_repack замещает пакет postgresql18-1C-pg_repack
Фактический результат: 
Следующие пакеты имеют неудовлетворенные зависимости:
  postgresql18-1C-pg_repack: Depends: postgresql18-1C-server
