Скриншот запущенного moodle

На актуальной версии Moodle не подтягивается русский язык, страницы на английском.
Шаги следующие: в Альт Образование 11.1 осуществляю установку из компонента с серверными ПО - запускаю deploy moodle и открываю localhost/moodle

Интерфейс полностью на английском языке, причём в настройках языка нет ничего, кроме английского.
