Необходимо отфильтровать зависимость на /usr/bin/open у libreoffice-core.
Зависимость появилась после исключения из пакета зависимость на java.
/usr/bin/open предоставляется gnustep-Backbone, который не нужен для работы libreoffice.

И ещё оторвать зависимость на valgrind.
