Версия пакета: avogadro2-1.103.0-alt1.x86_64

Воспроизводится на Kwork, Education KDE

При запуске в терминале ошибка:
*** Open Babel Error  in LoadAllPlugins
  Unable to find OpenBabel plugins. Try setting the BABEL_LIBDIR environment variable.

Некоторые функции не работают, например Расширения -> Оптимизировать геометрию: Error interpreting Open Babel ouput.

Решается: export BABEL_LIBDIR=/usr/lib64/openbabel/3.1.1 && avogadro2
