В konqueror при открывании вкладок  появляются     
дополнительные панели Document Relation      
Каждую из них можно закрыть, убрав соответствующую птицу в меню     
панелей , но для новых вкладок появляется вновь.    
Нет способа выключить это через конфигурационное меню.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open konqueror as webbrowser with many tabs. 
2.you see Document Relations panels as many as tabs or more.. 
3. close panels manually but next start it came soon 
Actual Results:  
Помогло 
chown 0600 /usr/share/apps/khtml/kpartplugins/plugin_rellinks.rc 
Но в логах ругается на его отсутствие 

Expected Results:  
Конфигурабельное свойство  профиля konqueror.
