Steps to Reproduce:
$ rpm -qf --qf '%{NAME} %{LICENSE}\n' /lib/libuuid.so.1
libe2fs GPL
$
Actual Results:  
$ grep LGPL e2fsprogs-1.35/RELEASE-NOTES
UUID library changed to use the LGPL.
$
