incorrect processing of non-97 xls files

я в свое время поборол глюк, 
патчи я тогда выслал Витусу,  
но похоже он пока их еще не влил.

прилагаю мой пакет с прикручеными патчами (в аттачменте).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. набрать в oocalc  в ячейке 1 
2. сохранить в xls
3. run xls2csv 

Actual Results:  
Tue Jan 1 1904 00:00:00 ....

Expected Results:  
1

добавил в -alt3 
если можно - проверьте, пожалуйста. 
P.S. 
На будущее - прикрепляйте пожалуйста патчи к баге, а не src.rpm, с 
незапамятных времён развивавшийся каким-то своим путём...
