При установке системы не на hda устройство по умолчанию для установки загруз- 
чика выбирается неверно. 
Если я устанавливаю систему на винт hdc, то умолчанием для ус- 
тановки загрузчика является не hda, а, в моем случае, hda9. Это 
протоколируется и пишется в lilo.conf. 
Вывод на 1-ю консоль: 
...step_bootloader 
... 
Line from process </dev/hdc5  /  reiserfs  defaults  1 1> 
root_part = <hdc5> 
Umount of </mnt/destination/proc> failed: Invalid argument. 
Umount </mnt/destination/proc>. 
Umount </mnt/destination/sys> failed: Invalid argument. 
Umount </mnt/destination/sys>. 
В окошке выбора раздела для установки загрузчика курсор на hda9. 
Жму "Далее".

SetStatus: Creating /dev/mapper/control 
SetStatus: Installing lilo.conf 
SetStatus: Setting boot device 
Set boot partition boot=<hda9>. 
PRCommand execute /usr/sbin/chroot /mnt/destination /usr/bin/predator-lilo -e

и т.д.
