In the 'Services' pane in Konqueror there's a node named 'Settings'. It's
dysfunctional.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run konqueror in file manager mode.
2. Switch to the services tab.
3. Click on the 'Settings' node.

Actual Results:  
Expected to see some control interface.

Expected Results:  
Got the message 'Uknown Settings Folder'.

исправлено, забыл когда, в kdebase-3.4.1-alt8 точно
