При использовании smbclient не удаётся войти в директорию с русским названием:

при подключение к самому себе (samba-2.2.3-alt4):
smb: \\> cd \"Европа\"
cd \\Европа\\: NT_STATUS_OBJECT_PATH_NOT_FOUND

при подключение к другому компьютеру (вроде бы с виндой):
smb: \\> cd Удалены
cd \\Удалены\\: ERRDOS - ERRbadpath (Directory invalid.)

Works for me in samba-2.2.8.
